Streas’ warehouse management system is designed to ensure maximum efficiency in inventory management and fast delivery times. The warehouse is organized into two main sections: one dedicated to standard catalog items and the other to raw materials for special productions.
Management of standard items includes a minimum stock system that ensures immediate availability of the most in-demand products. Continuous monitoring of stock levels makes it possible to plan orders optimally, avoiding both overstorage and the risk of stock-outs.
The raw materials warehouse is managed according to criteria that take into account supply lead times and consumption forecasts. The availability of certified materials makes it possible to start production of special items immediately upon customer request, significantly reducing lead times.
The physical organization of the warehouse follows criteria of space optimization and ease of access, with identification and traceability systems that guarantee the traceability of each batch of material. Material handling is carried out with specific equipment that guarantees the safety of operators and the integrity of materials.
