Line ISO-K

Disc- or ring-shaped mechanical elements used to connect and seal two ends of pipes or fittings together. They can have holes that allow bolt or screw fastening, have a channel for clamping by means of jaws, or have a tapered section that involves the use of a clamping collar. Flanges create a removable mechanical joint, thus simplifying installation, maintenance and inspection.

Centering rings and gaskets that provide a vacuum seal. Rings are typically available in aluminum, AISI 304 or AISI 316 depending on the product line. O-rings are made of Fluoroelastomer (FKM), Nitrile-butadieneacrylonyl (NBR) or Silicone (S)., while flat gaskets are available in OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductivity) copper and silver-plated copper.

Mechanical elements that ensure clamping between flanges. Made of aluminum, Nylon, stainless steel or galvanized steel according to product line and production requirements.

Connection elements for making vacuum lines. They can connect components of different nominal diameters (DN) through reductions.

Deformable corrugated elements that allow jointed connection or absorption of thermal expansion and vibration. Made of AISI 316 or AISI 321 with AISI 304 flanges. Available in various lengths according to requirements.

Elements capable of connecting components belonging to different production lines (such as ISO-K and KF) or to VCR® and SWAGELOK® connectors while maintaining vacuum.

Calcium glass windows for vacuum line inspection. Equipped with Fluoroelastomer (FKM) gaskets, they provide ample visual space without loss of performance. Available for KF and ISO-K lines.

Flow control elements within the line, operated manually or pneumatically. Diaphragm valves are used for small nominal diameters (DN), while ball and poppet valves are available for larger ones. Easy to use and install, they allow wide modularity to the system.
